I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
The car was in considerably worse shape after being "serviced" at this shop.
The only redemption was that they arranged for our car to be towed to El Paso.
These guys really screwed up. They turned a simple fix (less than $100 for a sensor and a gasket) into a $1700, three week long ordeal.
These guys are awesome! My car broke down and I called them to see about getting it fixed, it was a holiday and no stores were open to get the part. The next day I took my car to the shop and the local parts store did not have the part in stock. They sent a guy to El paso to get the part and come back. Very reasonable price for repair. I would highly recommend these guys!
Terrible experience, absolutely miserable. I would prefer to give a rating of zero stars, but one is the minimum. The service was pitiful; not only were Randy and Selso rude, but they also lied to me. I was told the part we were waiting for would come in Tuesday, but when I called them on Wednesday, I was told it didn't come in. Finally, after more than 8 days of waiting and many hundreds of dollars, we received the call that the car was fixed. I was devastated to experience the exact same problem that had brought the car to the shop in the first place. After angrily explaining that the car was not "fixed", I was told that I could wait until the sensors came in. I refused to wait another day. I had paid for a whole transmission because they were unable to see that the sensor was broken.
This place is good and fast.
A blown tire ripped my exhaust pipe so it was rubbing on rear tires of my RV. We were able to limp in to town. Emergency Roadside policy not real helpful but we did get referred to Randy. He was able to pull of the bent pipe. He was able to replace the inside dually tire so we could be on our way. Instead of overnight delay we were gone in two hours at a reasonable charge for service.
