We stopped here for the Tesla Supercharger. The front desk person was kind enough to.let us sit at the breakfast area to spend time while waited for the vehicle to charge. Looked like a nice Hampton inn.
Very nice hotel. Everything looks very modern and new. it's right off I10 and easy to get to as long as you pay attention to the signs. Has a pool, and work out room and small business center. My only real concern is that it's a bit pricey side for a Hampton Inn. Nothing much to do in town. Best place for Dinner is the El Capitan.
Overall, our stay was great. The customer service was excellent and the room was nice. They had all the amenities we needed and there were plenty of parking spaces. However, not everything was perfect. The hair dryer was broken and the air conditioning didn't work like it was supposed to.
Hilton brand hotel. No market to buy drinks or snacks in lobby. One vending machine had 2/20 items to choose from, all other spots empty. Tile in bathroom floor sitting on floor not in place, dirty/missing grout. Holes in walls were filled but not repaired. Looks like they put us in an "under construction room." All we got was an "I'm sorry"...... We will never stay at this location again. I expected better from Hilton and their management.
I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I've stayed 3 times while driving from Dallas to AZ. It is a great half way stop. Right on the highway without the noise. Beds and pillows are wonderful. Very clean. Very safe feeling there (I'm a woman who travels alone). Rooms are small - desk with chair, dresser, night stands, TV, microwave, etc. No extra seating area in the 1 bed room, but everything is clean and welcoming. I didn't want breakfast, but they had the usual options.
